Small Print

• Matured fruit cakes require at least six months notice in order to allow time to mature. Fancyflours will, if given less notice, do its utmost to help if possible.
• Order deposits are a minimum of 20% payable on order of cakes / flowers and are to cover Fancyflours initial costs therefore are non-refundable if cancellations occur.
• A returnable deposit is charged for hiring of stands, pillars, separators and knives on top of the hire charge, this will cover the repurchase fee if the item is lost, damaged or stolen, this will be refunded on return to Fancyflours within the agreed timescale.
• Final payment of the remaining balance will be due on the viewing day. Until final payment is made the cake / flowers remain the property of Fancyflours.
• If you have to cancel your order you will be liable to pay for any work already started or completed.
• Refunds will not be authorised except in very exceptional circumstances and will only be at the discretion of Fancyflours, however any completed work will not be refundable.
• Stands, pillars, separators and knives are not included in the stated cake prices, unless agreed at time of ordering, these items are available to hire from Fancyflours.
• Any quotes for cakes / flowers from Fancyflours will be valid for up to six months from date of quote only. After this period another quote will be required.
• When requested to copy a cake from a picture every effort will be made to be accurate but can not always be exact, Fancyflours will be as near as possible.
• On ordering a cake / flowers an order form will be filled in by Fancyflours which will be agreed and signed by yourselves. A copy will be supplied to you as proof of ordering and for your future reference.
• Cakes should not be stored in a fridge / freezer at any time as this will cause damage to it and will result in a loss of quality of images, it can also result in bleeding of the decoration.
• If delivery is required by Fancyflours to the venue we will setup and photograph the cake on delivery. A suitable table or space must be allocated for the cake at the venue, once set up it will be your responsibility to ensure its safety.
• Fancyflours will not accept any responsibility for damage to the cake / flowers once the items have been collected or delivered to the venue.
• Fancyflours cakes will usually contain supports inside the cakes which are not edible, these must be removed before serving to guests. The sugarflowers are handmade with sugar but are also not edible due to the inclusion of wires and decorations.
